The maintenance side of owning a rental
Owning a rental means a second set of gutters, water heaters and repair calls. London & Lauder takes on that maintenance work, with the same account executive, vendors and owner portal you have for your own home.

What we do not do
Maintenance only
London & Lauder looks after the physical care of the property. We do not advertise rentals, place tenants, negotiate leases or collect rent.

The price
What it costs for a rental
The concierge plan is $799 a month for your first property. Each additional property is $200 a month, with weekly lawn care included, and that rate is locked in for life. The 4 monthly handyman hours are shared across all your properties.

What happens when something breaks at the rental?
The request goes to your account executive, who sends the right vendor, keeps you updated and logs it in your owner portal. Anything above your approval limit waits for your OK.
